Prescription Request Update

Please be advised that from 1st February 2024 we will no longer take requests for prescriptions over the phone, these will now need to be put in writing or requested via the website or whichever app you may have downloaded (NHS/Patient Access).

Prescriptions will still take 48 working hours to be processed.

This will reduce phone calls in to the practice making it easier for patients to get through more swiftly and also there will be less waste with medication that is not required.
