Travel Vaccinations

We hold travel clinics however you will need to complete our travel risk assessment form which is available online or from reception. The Practice Nurses will assess your requirements and contact you to make an appointment.

There is further information about countries and vaccinations in our Travel Room.

It is important to submit the form as early as possible – at least 8 weeks before you travel. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your appointment will need to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Please note we do not offer private travel vaccinations such as Yellow Fever. However the Nurse will inform you what is available and will redirect you to a specialist travel clinic for any other vaccinations you may require.
